Are you tired of replacing your old glass ion tubes? If so, the GPS-RETRO-FUSION tube (patent pending) is your permanent ion tube solution. The GPS-RETRO-FUSION ion tube will fit any ion manufacturer’s system.
The patent pending GPS-FC is a carbon fiber brush, needlepoint, bi-polar ionization generator rated 1,200 CFM nominal capacity. The GPS-FC is great for mounting in fan coils, ductless mini-splits, chilled beams (patent pending), water source heat pumps or any other forced air systems with low air flow.
The patent pending GPS-RN is a 316 stainless steel needlepoint, bi-polar ionization generator rated 2,400 CFM nominal capacity. The GPS-RN is designed for duct mounting or AHU mounting. The GPS-RN housing is made from 316 stainless steel and includes illuminated on/off switch, ion output indication, dry-contact alarm output and 3 inch screw-on needle extensions.
The patent pending GPS-IBAR is a bi-polar ionization generator custom designed for any air flow and is constructed from extruded aluminum and contains 316 stainless steel ion needles. The GPS-IBAR may be mounted in AHU’s, RTU’s or installed in ducts with an optional duct mounting kit.
The GPS-300 is a self-contained ceiling mounted, 300 CFM air handler. The GPS-300 is well suited for patient waiting areas, smoking lounges, nail salons and printing areas. Options include prefilter, carbon filter, HEPA filter, UVC light, titanium dioxide plates, patent pending ionization, plenum supply fan, modulating supply diffusers and wireless remote control.
The GPS-600 is a self-contained floor mounted, 600 CFM air handler. The GPS-600 is well suited for patient waiting areas, smoking rooms, nail salons and printing areas. Options include prefilter, carbon filter, HEPA filter, UVC light, titanium dioxide plates, patent pending ionization, plenum supply fan, modulating supply diffusers and wireless remote control.
The GPS-2300 is a 2” electronic polarized media filter with a MERV 13 rating. The filter provides a very high efficiency, but a pressure drop of a much lower MERV rated filter. The frame is powered by 24VAC and is permanent. The internal fiberglass pads require quarterly or bi-annual replacement depending upon face velocity. This filter works great for LEED projects to earn points.
Diesel Oxidation Catalyst
GPS’ diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC) is a unique product for use on diesel generators and equipment. The DOC has two stages of filtration to control diesel exhaust odors from a “cold” start. When the engine starts, built-in carbon traps adsorb diesel odors. When the engine comes up to temperature, the carbon releases the odors and they are oxidized in the second stage, thus allowing odor control throughout the entire operating range. The DOC is customized to each application and can be retrofitted to any size generator or motor.
The new, patent-pending GPS-IDETECT sensor provides verification that a product producing ions/cold plasma is actually working. The GPS-IDETECT is designed for mounting inside of a duct or on a duct downstream from an ion device. The detector senses both positive and negative ions. Once ion levels are detected above a preset factory setpoint (field adjustable), the local LED light will illuminate proving ions are present at a level above the setpoint. An internal control relay with "dry" contact output is provided that can interface to a BAS. The GPS-IDETECT can be provided with optional BACnet and LON communication cards.
